McCoy Growth Architecture
Operational truth for founders scaling past $2M and buyers in diligence. I assess the machine, not the story about the machine.
Everything works.
But nothing feels clean. That's structural drift.
And it compounds quietly.
I'm a neurodivergent strategist.
My brain processes businesses as integrated systems — leadership behavior, decision flow, workflow design, and financial pressure points — simultaneously.
Where others see inefficiencies, I see structural causation.
Recent engagements have resulted in:
Clarity is convincing. Results are measurable.
A structured approach to restoring execution reliability inside founder-led companies entering their next stage of growth.
Who owns what. Who decides what.
How work moves under pressure.
How performance is enforced.
Whether your systems can hold the next level.
This isn't more process.
It's architectural correction.
A comprehensive structural assessment of your company's operating architecture.
If the diagnostic reveals deeper instability, select companies are invited into a focused 90-day intervention.
This is where the Architecture Operating System™ is installed.
Implementation is coordinated through vetted operators under my architectural oversight.
This is not ongoing consulting.
It is targeted structural intervention.
Deals close on the financials and fail on the operation. The numbers pass QoE. The business still runs on the seller's memory, personal logins, and relationships that walk out the door at transition.
Three weeks inside the business, testing every operational claim in the CIM against what actually happens on the floor: how delivery runs, who holds critical knowledge, which systems depend on the seller personally.
The buyer receives a written assessment that opens with the conclusion. Findings are grouped as confirmed, contradicted, or undisclosed, with a costed list of what needs funding after close.
I do not touch the financials. QoE stays with the accountant. I assess the machine, not the numbers, which means no overlap with the CPA already on the deal.
Fit: Companies with 10 to 20 employees, 1 to 5 million in revenue, buyer under signed LOI with an open diligence window.
Terms: Three weeks. Fixed fee. Scheduled inside the diligence window. Report delivered before contingency expiration.
"I've worked closely with Stephanie for nearly two years now, and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her attention to detail, combined with her passion for delivering the best possible results, is refreshing. When it comes to operations, deadlines, team management, and managing expectations, there's no one I can praise more highly. So if you're looking for someone to dramatically improve your team and keep everyone performing at a high level, Stephanie is that person."
I've worked at executive level inside multi-million-dollar companies, contributing to more than $8M in revenue generation while strengthening operational architecture.
As a neurodivergent thinker, I process complexity multidimensionally. I see pattern breakdowns early. I identify structural risk before it becomes visible strain.
